The kill switch for the FS Chaos clan's data pulling. When OFF, the FS Chaos dashboard and its cron snapshots stop hitting the game API entirely — use it to stay under the upstream rate limit or hand the clan off to another bot. Flip it back ON to resume. Takes up to ~20s to fully take effect. (FS Chaos has no Discord bot — this is the only setting it needs.)
